A) General Terms & Conditions:

BrainFocus Centre (PTY) Ltd. (the company), owned and operated by David Hesketh MSc (Canada), is an educational consulting company.
The programs and sessions offered and conducted by the company are intended to counsel and teach usable skills for self-help and are not intended to have therapeutic value.
BrainFocus Centre may from time to time make suggestions or recommendations to support participant progress. These would then be taken up on a voluntary basis for which BrainFocus Centre will not be held liable.
Participants are responsible for downloading the Zoom (app/application) to an internet connected device in order to attend webinar courses. All sessions are recorded and used expressly for verification of attendance (see below), and internal evaluation of program progress and delivery.
Participants need a functioning camera and microphone to attend lessons.
Participants need to have their Zoom account display their name (or parent name) for attendance verification purposes. Webcams need to switched on for the duration of the lesson. Participants will be asked to unmute their microphone by the webinar facilitator as necessary. Non-compliance will result in a participant being recorded as absent.
Individuals older than 18 years may have their participation shared for promotional purposes, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing to the company.
BrainFocus Centre will send out Zoom webinar invitations to which participants are expected to attend on the date and at the time specified.
Missed Lessons: Lessons will not be available after the designated lesson date and time.
Completion Certificates will be sent to the participant’s email address on the condition that at least 75% of sessions have been attended and all required documents have been completed and submitted within the timeframe required.

B) Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds will be made when requests are received in writing and are subject to the following fees:

More than 7 Days before course commencement.	10% of the course fee.
7 Days or less before start.	20% of the course fee.
During Course (3-day notice period is required).	% Course Fee Used + 20%
If requested after 75% course completion	No Refund

*Exceptional Circumstances will be considered.

C) Privacy Policy

Our website, https://www.brainfocushealth.com is protected using the latest updated Security Certificates and are updated constantly.

All personal information gathered by BrainFocus Centre on this website will not be shared or sold.

BrainFocus Centre (PTY) Ltd acknowledges and abides by the privacy laws for each jurisdiction in which we operate.

All purchases made using our external service providers, PayPal or PayFast (RSA), are site secure according to the terms and conditions outlined by these companies and their governing financial services legislation.
